The term kopi tiam combines the Malay/Indonesian word kopi (coffee) with the Hokkien word tiam (shop), reflecting the deep cultural exchange woven throughout the region’s coffee history.
Our Kopi Tiam blends rotate throughout the year based on harvest seasons and the farmers we work with directly. Each version highlights unique coffees and processing methods from origins often overlooked in specialty coffee, while remaining balanced, approachable, and easy to enjoy black.
The goal is not consistency through sameness, but consistency through quality, seasonality, and connection to the producers behind the coffee.
