Kopi Tiam blends the brightness of a Papua New Guinea with the smoothness of a Timor Leste, then I added a dark roasted Sumatra Gayo to give it a pronounced earthy quality.
I consider myself a light to medium specialty roaster, so this was a challenge for me. After several test roasts, I am excited to offer Kopi Tiam.
This coffee offers a great balance between the light specialty and dark roast coffees. A coffee created to drink every day.
