St. Helena Blend is our flagship blend created for Sunshine foods, located in St. Helena.
Much like the wines in this area, (Cabernet Sauvignon & Merlot) we chose an earthy approach with Sumatra as the main focal point in this coffee.
Similar to the feeling after a couple glasses of great wine, we wanted to finish the coffee on a bright note, so we used the perfect amount of Papua New Guinea to make it happen.
