Chư Păh is a rural district of Gia Lai province in the Central Highlands region of Vietnam. This coffee is grown by an amazing company called Great Cherry and is created for high end roasters in Vietnam and select roasters outside of Vietnam.
They use the honey process for their robusta beans are shade grown and handpicked in small farms.
This is not your typical robust bean from Vietnam! Strong body and good aftertaste with a nutty undertone and flavors of tropical fruit, sugar creme, milk chocolate and a buttery feel on the tongue.
